Better Make Survey First Before Done Room Booking and Ask Question

Hi, We have a booked and paid a room for 23rd Dec to 24th Dec (1 night) at your hotel. We requested for a strictly non-smoking room with a good view (if available), tv (flat screen) and an Airport shuttle too. Since we will be arriving at KLIA2 using a bus from Pinang to Kuala Lumpur (example). We'd like to request for an early check-in as well. Since we will be arriving at KLIA2 between 12.30pm - 1.00pm. Therefore, may you please check?

Refer to above situation, hotel staff probably do understand or can image about physically of guest type.
- We can consider high demanding
- Guest not survey before make a booking hotel included location, hotel background (we can said that, we as guest/ you as guest did not aware and it's consider a mistake by you/ a Customer itself)
- And hotel staff especially Front Desk should get ready upon arrival to explain if all request above is not exceed the guest meet.
To avoid misunderstanding between guest and front desk staff, Reservation Team team should reply to the guest with right manner base on Hotel situation.
